Our reviews are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee that an application is free from defects or vulnerabilities.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and relevant documentation.
• Share only repositories or environments that you are authorized to grant us access to.
• Remove or restrict access to sensitive production data where possible.
• Maintain backups of your project before implementing any recommendations.

You remain solely responsible for your application's development, deployment, and operation.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your source code, designs, documentation, and all intellectual property shared with us.

By engaging our services, you grant CodeConsultation a limited, temporary right to access your materials solely for the purpose of performing the requested review.

We claim no ownership over your project.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials as confidential. We will not disclose your source code, business logic, or project information to third parties except where required by law or with your written consent.

5. Reports & Recommendations

Our reports represent professional engineering opinions based on the information provided during the review.

Recommendations should be evaluated and implemented at your discretion. CodeConsultation is not responsible for issues arising from implementation or non-implementation of our recommendations.

6. Payments

• Payment is due before the review begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Fees are non-refundable once the review has commenced.
• Custom enterprise engagements may be governed by separate commercial agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeConsultation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. No Warranty

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to identify critical issues and provide accurate recommendations, we do not warrant that every defect, vulnerability, or performance issue will be discovered.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or terminate an engagement if:

• The project involves unlawful activity.
• Required access or information is not provided.
• The client violates these Terms.

Any completed work up to the termination date remains payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
